WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The administrator of the personal data is Zbroja Adwokaci sp.k. with the seat in Szczecin, Przestrzenna St. 11/4, KRS 940439.

The administrator is also the owner and operator of the website www.zbrojaadwokaci.pl.

The administrator ensures a high degree of data protection and security with compliance with the obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation. Customers’ personal data are protected by, among other things, the use of a secure email server, encrypted data storage media and physical safeguards against third-party access.

WHAT IS THE SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

The extent of the processing in each case depends on the type of case and the legal services provided, as well as on regulatory obligations. The administrator primarily processes name, residential address, telephone number, e-mail address.

The controller collects and processes data for the purposes of:

  1. arising from the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e. where the processing is necessary for:
    • the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party,
    • to take action at the request of the data subject,
    • recruiting a person interested in working or cooperating with the controller,
    • Marketing of the administrator’s services, including information about events organised by the administrator or in which the administrator participates, about the administrator’s activities,
    • cooperation with suppliers and other entities cooperating with the controller,
    • analytical and statistical purposes,
    • ensuring ICT security related to the zbrojaadwokaci.pl website,
    • to fulfil the controller’s legal obligations.
  2. the provision of legal services by advocates, legal advisers and trainees, while maintaining professional secrecy and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Advocates and the Law on Legal Advisers,

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

  1. We will process the data until the legitimate interests of the controller are realised, including:
  • to secure information needed to prove a fact or to secure or assert a claim,
  • expiry of limitation periods related to the contract to which the data processing relates,
  • the statute of limitations on legal obligations,
  • to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
  1. In any case, the data will be deleted as soon as the legitimate interests of the controller are realised.

Customers’ personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, in particular profiling.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You have the right to:

  • access to their personal data, including requests for rectification, transfer to another controller of their personal data and to receive a copy of their personal data,
  • withdrawal of consent to data processing that takes place on the basis of consent – withdrawal of consent prevents further performance of the contract and is equivalent to a declaration of termination,
  • to object to the processing, e.g. for marketing purposes,
  • lodge a complaint against the processing to the President of the Data Protection Authority,
  • to be forgotten, i.e. to request the erasure of your personal data or the restriction of their processing, as long as this does not violate the obligations incumbent on the controller.

 

DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH OTHERS?

  1. The Administrator does not share or sell your personal data to third parties, except:
  • the provision of data is required by law,
  • the entity has a direct or indirect organisational or personal relationship with the controller and is established in an EU Member State,
  • the entity is a service provider e.g. IT, marketing and processes the controller’s data on the basis of a data processing outsourcing contract,
  • data is provided to accountants, auditors, auditors, lawyers, administrative authorities, state services and courts with confidentiality and a high level of data protection.
  1. Your data is not transferred to countries outside the EU. If data is transferred to these countries, the controller will apply instruments to ensure its security.
