Maciej Janicki

Specializes in tax matters, with a particular focus on the yachting industry. Advises clients on how to handle taxes depending on the type of yacht and the country of purchase. He is a European VAT compliance specialist.
Started his career in tax offices and the Tax Chamber in Szczecin. For several years, he advised mainly at the Szczecin branch of Deloitte. He also collaborated with other law firms. Joined Zbroja Adwokaci in 2022.
Authored publications on yachting taxes and co-authored the e-book “Safe Yacht Acquisition”.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and postgraduate studies in taxation and tax advisory at the WSB University in Poznań. Obtained the title of tax advisor in 2011 and started his attorney at law apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Szczecin in 2022. Works proficiently in English.
His hobbies include diving. He also holds a sailing license, which he regularly uses in the PIMEW Offshore Wind Energy Cup regattas, representing Zbroja Adwokaci.
