Anita
Sienkiewicz-Zbroja

Specializes in providing services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, from selecting the legal form and registering the business, through transformations and liquidations. She prepares documents related to company law, labor law, and data protection. She also deals with law of associations. 

For many years, she handled medical cases, representing patients seeking compensation for damages for medical malpractice. 

She gained her experience in law firms in Szczecin and Gorzów Wielkopolski. She has been with Zbroja Adwokaci since its inception. 

She manages day-to-day operations of the law firm and ensures its continuous development. She also prepares regulations and procedures related to customer service and functioning of the firm and its team on a regular basis. She conducts recruitment and develops on-boarding practices. She analyzes the potentail of the team for non-legal tasks related to the firm, as well as the soft skills. She ensures the corporate image, organizational culture, and the well-being of the people. She co-develops marketing strategies and oversees their implementation. She develops and implements plain language and legal design and supervises ongoing publications. 

She completed her legal apprenticeship at the Zielona Góra Bar Association. Since 2008, she has been an advocate at the Szczecin Bar Association. She also works in English. 

For over 20 years, she has been an active choir singer, currently with the Choir of the Maritime University of Szczecin. She has participated in concerts conducted by Ennio Morricone and Krzysztof Penderecki, and alongside Zbigniew Wodecki and Bobby McFerrin. She was the winner of the first Polish edition of The Look of the Year contest, organized by Elite Model Management. For several years, she combined her studies with a modeling career. A lover of dance, travel, and Anne of Green Gables, she also holds a motorboat skipper’s license.
